If you’ve read Needled to Death then you’ve read (heard lol) all about Amy’s Scones. The recipe is in the book but I thought you might enjoy photos of my last batch. Amy uses parchment paper but I like my silicone sheets and I like my scones crunchy and so added another 5-8 minutes to the cooking time.
